Independence statement
Elaryvo is independent. Colleges and regulators keep their own rules. Elaryvo does not decide registration or certification.
1. What this software is
Elaryvo is a private evidence workshop. Doctors produce, anonymise, triangulate, and export working copies of evidence of their own practice. They submit those copies themselves to the official body. Elaryvo does not.
Country adapters (United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, United States, Nigeria, and an open Practice Room) are editorial maps. They are not a universal registration form and not a substitute for the regulator’s own guide.
2. What this software is not
- Not a medical regulator, licensing board, or designated body.
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of the bodies named below.
- Not GMC Online, Ahpra, a college e-portfolio, physiciansapply, ERAS, or NRMP.
- Not a GMC-approved sponsor.
- Not an immigration adviser, solicitor, or clinician to the user.
- Not a guarantee of registration, examination success, a job, a visa, or a Match.
- Not a patient record. Identifiable clinical information is refused.
3. Bodies we are not
We name these organisations only so you can leave this site and read the live source (nominative use). We do not use their logos, crests, or word marks as our own.

4. Maps, sources, and dates
Every capability board is an editorial map with a source URL, a source version, and a date last checked. The live document on the regulator’s site is canonical. If they disagree, the regulator wins. We do not scrape and republish Specialty Specific Guidance as if it were ours.
5. Evidence, people, and identifiers
You warrant that anything you store is already redacted of patient, relative, and staff identifiers from the clinical record. We scan and may block or refuse export. Scanning is an aid, not a certification of anonymisation. The GMC and other bodies still reject identifiable evidence.
Supervisor comments and MSF on this platform are opinions for your working pack. They are not GMC structured reports, not college workplace reports, and not a responsible officer’s recommendation.
Fabricating practice, assessments, or signatures is a fitness-to-practise matter. Do not use this service to invent work you did not do.
6. Money
Listed prices are software subscriptions. They are not the GMC application fee, not an Ahpra fee, not a college assessment fee, and not a state-board fee. Payments are off until you incorporate, put a solicitor’s terms in force, and turn billing on. Supervisors and MSF raters are not charged.
7. Brand
The product is Elaryvo. Tagline: Evidence and portfolio for doctors. Canonical domain: https://elaryvo.com. Pronunciation is recorded in the brand guide, not on this page.
We do not use a regulator’s name, crest, or pathway nickname as our mark. We do not use names that promise a licence. Historical working titles are retired; they must not appear in product chrome.
Desktop web search is not a trade-mark clearance. Instruct a solicitor or trade-mark attorney to search UKIPO, EUIPO, USPTO, IP Australia, and CIPO, then file in class 42 (software as a service). Incorporate (for example Elaryvo Ltd at Companies House) before taking fees.
8. Governing law
Draft terms are under the laws of England and Wales. That does not strip a consumer of non-waivable rights in their home country. Confirm with counsel before you sell in Nigeria, Australia, Canada, or the United States.
