Terms of use
Draft for solicitor review. An account is created only after you give explicit agreement (an unticked checkbox on sign-up, or a clear Continue with Google / LinkedIn / X action after those terms are shown). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the acceptable use rules, and you consent to the processing described in the privacy notice.
The service. Elaryvo provides software to help you organise working copies of evidence of your own practice. We do not assess you. We do not submit applications. We do not register you.
Your account. You must be a doctor or a person they invite (supervisor or MSF rater). You keep your password. You are responsible for what is stored under your login. If you continue with Google, LinkedIn or X, you instruct that provider to share your name and email with Elaryvo for sign-in. That is optional; email and password remain available.
Consent you give. You confirm the account is yours (or you are authorised to open it). You consent to Elaryvo hosting the professional information you submit, generating exports you request, sending service messages, and scanning uploads for likely patient identifiers. You do not consent to Elaryvo selling your files, training models on them, or submitting them to a regulator on your behalf. You may withdraw by requesting deletion. Withdrawal does not undo an export you already downloaded or a message already sent to someone you invited.
Your content. You own the working copies you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, scan for identifiers, display to people you invite, and generate an export pack for you. We do not use your files to train models.
No patient data. You must not upload information that could identify a patient, relative, or member of staff from the clinical record. We may block, refuse export, or delete such material.
No reliance. Maps are editorial. Official rules change. You must read the live guide. Nothing here is legal, clinical, or immigration advice. No result is guaranteed.
Invites. If you invite a supervisor or rater, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to send them the link. They must not be asked to identify patients.
Fees. If billing is later enabled, fees are for software access, billed in advance, cancellable at period end. Regulator and college fees are separate and paid to them.
Suspension. We may suspend accounts that break acceptable use, impersonate a regulator, or put identifiable data in the vault.
Liability. The service is provided as available. We are not liable for a refused application, a failed exam, a visa decision, or your failure to redact. This clause will be rewritten by counsel to match consumer law.
Law. England and Wales, subject to non-waivable consumer rights elsewhere.
