Workplace access
Using Elaryvo at work
If a hospital PC shows “can’t reach this page”, Elaryvo is usually not down. The network often blocks new sites until IT allowlists them.
Check this first
- Open elaryvo.com on your phone using mobile data (not hospital Wi‑Fi).
- If it loads on the phone, the site is working. The trust network is stopping it.
- Send the request below to your local IT / digital service desk.
What to send IT
Copy this into a service-desk ticket. You do not need to explain the product in detail.
Please allow HTTPS access (port 443) from the trust network to: https://elaryvo.com https://www.elaryvo.com Optional (email links only): mail.elaryvo.com Purpose: Elaryvo is evidence and portfolio for doctors. It does not hold patient records. Error seen on trust PCs: Microsoft Edge ERR_TIMED_OUT (“elaryvo.com took too long to respond”). The same site returns HTTP 200 on the public internet and on mobile data. Please categorise as Education / Professional healthcare software and add to the web-filter allowlist.
Until it is allowlisted, use a personal device or a hotspot for Elaryvo. Do not upload patient-identifiable information on any network.
What Elaryvo is not
Elaryvo is not an NHS clinical system, EPR, or patient record. It holds a doctor’s own professional evidence. That is why many trusts treat it as an external website until they add it to the allowlist.
