Using Elaryvo on a hospital computer

If a trust PC times out, the site is usually working. Ask IT to allowlist elaryvo.com.

This is usually the network, not Elaryvo

Hospital computers go through a web filter and proxy. New professional websites are often blocked until IT add them. Edge then shows “took too long to respond” (ERR_TIMED_OUT).

If elaryvo.com opens on your phone using mobile data, the site is up. Send IT the allowlist request on the Workplace access page.

What to do today

  1. Open Elaryvo on a personal phone with mobile data, or a home computer.
  2. Do not use hospital Wi‑Fi for that check.
  3. Raise a ticket with IT: allow https://elaryvo.com and https://www.elaryvo.com on port 443.
  4. Until they confirm, keep using a personal device. Never upload patient-identifiable information.
