Hospital ranks, College examinations, dissertation steps, audit and quality improvement — as labels for your record, not as a pass list.
House Officer, Medical Officer, Registrar, Registrar I, Senior Registrar and Chief Resident are hospital ranks. They are not College examination results.
Postgraduate Coordinator, Postgraduate Training Coordinator, Head of Department, Chief Medical Director, College Assessor and Book Assessor can be invited as professional contributors. They do not need a paid Elaryvo subscription.
Primary, Part I and Part II are College examinations. Record the result as issued. Elaryvo does not award a pass.
Ethics and Research, update, management and dissertation-writing courses are recorded as you attended them. Confirm the current faculty prospectus before treating any course as mandatory.
Keep a proposal log, then presentation, approval, dissertation, presentation and defence as they actually happen. No participant identifiers.
Clinical audit compares practice with a standard and leads to action. Re-audit shows whether practice moved. Quality improvement is a structured change with a measured result. They often sit together but they are not the same as a dissertation.
Presentations of audit or QI belong in the log. Never include patient-level data.
