Self-assess first. Then ask others. Compare, reflect and act. Elaryvo MSF is an independent professional-development tool.
Multi-source feedback gathers perspectives from different people who have had an opportunity to observe your professional practice.
Elaryvo’s MSF is an original professional-development tool. It is not an official GMC, RCPCH, NPMCN, WACP or WACS form unless a pathway expressly recognises it.
Self-assess. Choose respondents. Collect feedback. Compare. Reflect. Develop.
Professionalism & trust. Communication & relationships. Teamwork, leadership & safety. Knowledge, skills & professional development.
These are Elaryvo’s core MSF areas. They are not labelled as GMC domains. Where you have a UK pathway, related Good medical practice domains can be shown separately.
Single colleague feedback is one named professional view.
Multi-team feedback is a subtype: people in different professional groups around a shared area of practice.
A supervisor assessment is a structured judgement, often by someone who knows your work over time.
A workplace-based assessment (Mini-CEX, CBD, DOPS) observes a specific activity.
360 feedback is a name some programmes use; Elaryvo’s tool is Multi-source feedback.
You can still use Elaryvo MSF as independent professional development. Map the completed feedback separately to NPMCN, WACP, WACS or another pathway where relevant. Potentially relevant is not the same as requirement completed.
