Elaryvo Learn is open. You do not need an account to read these guides.

Elaryvo is a notebook for your professional work. You do not need special language to start.
Many doctors have never kept an ePortfolio. That is normal. Elaryvo is built for that starting point.
You already do professional work. The only new habit is writing a short, dated note about it — without names of patients or other people. If you would not want anyone to read a thought, do not put it in the log.
A place to gather evidence of your work and keep logs you can use when you want to move forward: a new job, appraisal, training, or registration in another country.
It is not a regulator. It does not mark you. It does not decide if you pass.
Ignore pathways, mapping and exports until you have something real on the record.
One honest record beats an empty perfect structure.
| Word | What it actually means |
|---|---|
| Evidence | A dated record of work you did. A note, and a file if you have one. |
| Log | A running list of repeated activity — clinic, procedure, teaching. Not a judgement. |
| Assessment | A structured look by another professional who watched you, or reviewed the case. |
| Reflection | What you learned and what you will do next. |
| Feedback | What someone else thought of your work. Not automatically an assessment. |
| Pathway | Optional. The rules of a country or college, mapped later. |
Do not write patient names, hospital numbers, dates of birth, or anything that would let someone recognise a person. Write the type of work, your role, and what you learned.
