Evidence Readiness and mapping

A structured view of your record — not a predicted pass.

Capability mapping

A capability is something a professional should be able to demonstrate — judgement, communication, leadership, safety, teaching, teamwork.

Mapping connects a record to the capability it may help demonstrate. One record may support several capabilities. Mapping is potential relevance, not acceptance by a regulator or college.

Evidence Readiness

Evidence Readiness is Elaryvo's structured view of how well your current evidence supports a professional requirement. It is not pass probability, exam score or a formal progression outcome.

The five dimensions

Coverage — do you have evidence for the area? Currency — is it recent enough where that matters? Breadth — does it come from different activities or sources? Assurance — has it been assessed or independently reviewed? Mapping — how records are linked to pathway requirements?

Triangulation

Use different kinds of evidence to support the same capability. Four similar reflections are usually weaker than observation, 360, a project and a supervisor view together.

Match the evidence to the claim instead of collecting more files.
