Every Elaryvo pathway follows the same cascade: country to evidence type.
Country or region sits at the top. A West African college sits on a region, not one country. Then comes the regulator, college or board that sets the rules, then the professional pathway you are actually on.
Specialty is the main field. Subspecialty is optional. Training or career level records the stage you are in now. Curriculum version is the named edition last checked against the official source.
Under the curriculum sit domains, then capabilities, then sub-capabilities and descriptors. Expected level or supervision says how much guidance the work needed. Acceptable evidence types say what kind of record can support it: observation, case discussion, log, teaching, audit and similar work.

Add a pathway from country down to career level. The curriculum version is shown, not invented. Map logs to at most two domains and three capabilities unless you say why more is needed.
