Improve the system, then see whether it stayed improved.
QI is systematic improvement of processes and outcomes. Elaryvo does not force one methodology. PDSA is one useful pattern, not the only one.
Define the problem. Understand the system. Take a baseline. Involve the people who do the work. Test an intervention. Use process, outcome and balancing measures. Ask whether the change is sustainable and whether it should spread.
Championship means you helped sustain, spread or embed improvement beyond the first cycle. It is not a badge for attending the launch meeting.
