assess
How a procedure was performed — not only how often.
A Procedure Observation is a structured assessment where another professional observes you carrying out a practical or technical procedure.
Useful for preparation, technical skill, safety, communication, team working, aftercare and independence.
A logbook may show 50 procedures. A Procedure Observation may show how well one or more of those were performed when watched. Both are useful. They are different evidence.
If nobody watched the procedure, record it in the procedure log and arrange an observed assessment later.
