A doctor may be completing NPMCN training and WACP or WACS requirements simultaneously. The same clinical activity can be recorded once and mapped separately to both pathways where appropriate.
A doctor may later add the GMC Portfolio Pathway, Australia or another international route without recreating their original professional record.
